Ejectors are classic vacuum generators. Vacuum is generated from compressed air according to the Venturi principle. Ejectors offer a very high energy density in a small installation space and can achieve vacuum levels of over 90%. In their various designs, ejectors are real all-rounders. They require virtually no maintenance and are the first choice for suction capacities of up to 1,500 l/min. This is why they are often used on End-of-Arm-Toolings. We offer a wide range of ejectors: From #basic ejectors, #inline ejectors to electronically controlled #compact ejectors in various performance classes.
A vacuum is also generated by using side channel blowers. They can generate very high volume flows at medium vacuum levels. Accordingly, they are suitable for applications in combination with a tube lifter, in vacuum applications with high leakages or when handling porous workpieces. A major advantage is that side channel blowers are virtually maintenance-free.
If high vacuum levels and high suction capacities are required for an application, rotary vane pumps are the right choice. Vacuum levels of up to 85% are possible with dry-running rotary vane pumps and even up to 99% with oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps. The suction capacities are between 3 and 70 m³/h. Both pump types are genuine endurance runners and require little maintenance.
