FIPA expands with new subsidiary in the UK

We founded a new subsidiary in the UK – FIPA UK Ltd. Our continuous growth has made this strategic expansion possible. We are strengthening its presence in the UK market and can now serve customers from its office in Birmingham.

The formation of FIPA UK Ltd. is an important milestone in the company’s mission to provide even more efficient and responsive support to its end users and resellers in the UK.

The company is starting the new year with two industry experts: UK Sales Director Steven Higgins joined FIPA in April 2022. He has many years of experience in vacuum and gripping technology and is a proven expert in ergonomic handling. Neil Steeden is new on board as Area Sales Manager. He has 20 years of experience in vacuum technology and is therefore perfectly familiar with FIPA’s product portfolio. Neil Steeden is known for providing innovative, customised solutions to meet different customer needs. Both colleagues play a crucial role in retaining customers, identifying business opportunities and strengthening FIPA’s presence in the UK market.

Steven Higgins, UK Sales Director, explains: „Our dedicated team is now on-site to support our customers quickly and, above all, personally. The new office allows us to work closely with our customers and partners and drive innovation.“
Other benefits include improved efficiency and proximity to the market. Thanks to optimised processes and fast response times, FIPA is now able to respond optimally to customer needs. Enquiries and technical problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. The new location also enables to better understand the needs of the UK market.
