Different grippers are used for force- or form-fit gripping of a workpiece. Our aim is to hold all of our customers’ geometries and materials. For this reason, we provide high-quality grippers: Grippers with linear movement, such as #parallel grippers, with radial movement, such as #sprue grippers, and with concentric movement, such as #ID grippers.
Sprue grippers play a particularly important role in injection molding. Depending on the application and requirements, our grippers are available with sensors or HNBR pads for gentle handling.
We present a wide range of gripper arms, so that the active gripper components can be connected to the gripper system with a perfect fit. The products are available in #swivelling, #twist-proof, #suspended and #heavy-duty versions. A distinction is made between: Gripper arms for vacuum cups, e.g. #suction fingers, and gripper arms for gripper components, e.g. #angle arms. Both product groups can be easily attached to profiles using clamping pieces.
Our quick-change systems ensure a secure and stable connection between the robot and gripper. Quick-change systems are so important because they can reduce downtimes through short change cycles and thus maximize productivity. With our SLine, MLine, JLine and XLine extrusion system series and the corresponding accessories, flexible handling solutions for small, medium-sized and heavy workpieces can be realized in gripper construction. If two profiles need to be connected at different angles in the design, various profile connectors are available. High-quality sliding blocks, universally applicable to FIPA profiles, but also compatible with all third-party profiles, are the link between profiles and gripper components. To flexibly integrate grippers or vacuum cups into gripper systems, we recommend our large selection of clamping pieces.
If you want to remove components from the injection molding machine and cut off sprues or cut metal wires, you need powerful air nippers.
