The process begins with the manual filling of a bowl feeder, which reliably separates and feeds the inserts. A handling system then takes over and precisely places the inserts into the injection mold. After the molding process, the finished part is automatically removed. The sprue is cleanly separated immediately afterwards, and the part is placed securely and accurately in its designated position.
